And if that isn’t enough, you will be journeying through a guided Yoga Nidra taking your brain to move into its alpha waves while your body goes into deep sleep! The workshop is led by an experienced Yoga practitioner and you don’t need to have previous knowledge or experience. You just need to come as you are and let us take care of the rest.
