Nourish & Nurture Antenatal Course
Nourish & Nurture Antenatal Course
Go Beyond the Basics: A Deeper, More Supportive Approach to Feeding & Early Parenting
A perfect refresher for second-time parents or a gentle, supportive boost to your antenatal journey
Most antenatal classes skim the surface when it comes to feeding and early bonding—but Nourish & Nurture goes deeper. This 5-week series is designed to give you the essential guidance and confidence you need to feed and care for your baby—whether by breast, bottle, or both.
In a calm, supportive space, we’ll cover what traditional antenatal classes often miss: the emotional side of feeding, responsive parenting techniques, and real-world strategies for nurturing your baby with confidence and connection.
But this is more than just feeding. We’ll explore mindful parenting skills that help you tune into your baby’s needs, create a secure and loving environment, and build a foundation of trust from the very start.
If your antenatal class isn’t giving you the depth of knowledge and support you need, Nourish & Nurture is here to fill that gap—offering a heart-centered, empowering approach to early parenting. Join us and step into your baby’s first moments feeling truly prepared, confident, and connected.
During this course, we will explore:
Feeding choices
How to overcome feeding challenges
How to bottle feed without guilt
Night feeds and sleep rhythms
How feeding and bonding shape baby’s brain development
Available to book as whole course (£85) or individual sessions (£18.99)
