Kirtan (Chanting from the Heart) with Nikki Slade Join Nikki in this uplifting practice that unites us All together as one heart one love. Chanting cleanses the mind lifts the spirits and opens the heart. It is a powerful way to connect to our inner divine nature and expand the joy within. You dont have to follow a particular tradition or all are welcome. Many say that kirtan is the easier way to meditate due to having a mantra to repeat accompanied by heartful melody and rhythm. You don`t have to be a singer to chant.Just bring your voice just the way it is and we will go on a journey together. Nikki will accompany the chants with harmonium and drum and we will merge our voices together and experience the bliss of this practice.
