Imbolc Seasonal Celebration Circle & Workshop - 1st February

Celebrating the seasonal changes and Earth helps us to stop and reflect, observing the rhythm of time as we celebrate what nature brings.

Each circle can offer a mixture of spiritual practices from working with crystals and herbs, seasonal deities, journaling practices and guided meditations, depending on what the energies of the season brings.

Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own, if you prefer. Please bring any blankets, yoga blocks, eye pillows or drinks that you would like. Please also bring whatever notebook, paper or device you like to use for journaling.
