What to expect in this workshop:
We will mediate collectively on Fear, guided by the author, Coach & Yoga & Mediation teacher, Sue Rahmani, to open the session. We will be reading parts of the book to reflect upon the healing power of the stories written by Sue and other female authors in US, Australia and Brazil and how their journeys is so relatable to most of our struggles living on the Earth.
And finally we will be having a group Healing circle for sharing where Sue will guide it. A copy of the book signed by Sue Rahmani, is included in your ticket and you will have time to speak to Sue or ask her any questions after the workshop.
